This year we have made a donation to Stella Maris and SNWS in lieu of sending Christmas cards. Each of these charities play a part in helping seafarers get the support they need this Christmas and beyond. Find out more about each of our chosen charities and how to donate below.

Scottish Nautical Welfare Society (SNWS) s dedicated to promoting the welfare of former seafarers, and their dependents, in retirement and through difficult times. They offer a wide range of services from holding social gatherings and subsided lunches to providing financial support and advice on welfare.  You can read more about the SNWS here and if you wish to donate you can contact them by phone or email, you can find the contact details here.

Stella Maris has a network of chaplains and volunteers who make more than 70,000 ship visits each year and support hundreds of thousands of seafarers and fishermen in times of need. They aim to provide a ‘friend in every port’ across the world and stand alongside seafarers and fishers to ensure their rights are upheld.
