Clyde Marine Recruitment (CMR) is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Administrator/ Trainee Crew Support Officer looking to advance their career within a dynamic maritime company in Glasgow. We are offering comprehensive training to help the successful candidate grow within the crewing and recruitment division, with excellent potential for quick progression.

We are seeking a hardworking and proactive individual who can demonstrate initiative, has a keen interest in recruitment, crewing, and administration, and is eager to learn new skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all recruitment and crewing administration is processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide ongoing support to colleagues within the crewing and recruitment teams.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the recruitment and crewing processes within CMR.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in the recruitment or shipping industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Right to work in the UK is a requirement for this role.
